At Skin Rocks, we want you to love your skincare journey, but if a product isn't right for your skin, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Please ensure products are lightly used or unopened to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your products in their original box, ensuring all lids are tightly sealed to prevent leakage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
